Technology continues to disrupt businesses by affecting organizational productivity. For this event, our panel of experienced HR and business leaders will discuss the changes they are addressing in their organizations, due to the rising use of artificial intelligence. For many companies it can be a challenge to navigate this changing landscape. Our speakers will describe how they successfully strike the right balance between technology and their people, and the affect that this has had on the culture in their organizations.



Daniel Mason, Director of Talent Management and Organizational Alignment at Willis Towers Watson

Daniel is a consultant in Willis Towers Watson’s Talent practice. Daniel is a talent management professional with experience helping organizations deconstruct work and consider future of work alternatives, transformational organizational design, competency architecture, change management, learning and development, assessments, and performance management. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Daniel worked within the Talent Management COE for a competitive energy provider.

  Chris White, Senior Leader – Automation and Technology Strategy at Allstate

Chris has more than 20 years’ experience within the Insurance industry leading operational transformation with emerging technologies.  His current responsibilities include a mix of strategic and leadership accountabilities to transform Allstate Brand Operations support centers using a portfolio of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.   He is a proven leader in leveraging global talent and technology to transform the way Allstate Brand Operations supports their agents, customers, and employees.


Barbara Halverson, SVP, Change Management , Global Operations at Chubb Insurance

Barbara has been an HR professional for 25 years.  Over the last 15 years she has held executive leadership roles at CNA and Chubb Insurance.  In her current role at Chubb she is SVP of Change Management for the global Intelligent Process Automation initiative.  In this role she leads the transformation efforts for Chubb’s workforce of the future. Barbara holds a B.S. in Business Management, a Masters in HR and is currently working towards an MBA at the University of Illinois.
