DON'T HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE: DEVELOP ACCOUNTABLE PEOPLE

When it comes to performance management, 96% of employees are dissatisfied with their company's performance evaluation process.  This session will reveal the power of the mindset and how to drive self-accountable behaviors. Research shows that the single-most neglected responsibility of executives is holding people accountable.  Participants will learn about the major problems underlying processes that attempt to hold people accountable; how to develop self-accountable people; and a simple but powerful self-accountability model that can be applied immediately.  Presented by the Arbinger Institute.  The Arbinger Institute helps individuals, teams, and organizations move from the default self-focus of an inward mindset to the results-focus of an outward mindset.

Speaker: Mitch Warner, Managing Partner and Author, The Arbinger Institute
