SPEAKERS

Deb Jerome, Senior HR Manager in the Change Management group at Univar Solutions

Deb is an innovative business partner with over 20 years of success driving human resource initiatives and organizational change strategies.  Her focus has been on implementing technology solutions that create a culture which values and engages employees, while improving financial performance and productivity.  As an outcome-focused leader she has partnered with senior leaders, managers, and employees to drive strategies that support people, process and technology solutions.  Deb is a graduate of Michigan State University and currently works as a Senior HR Manager in the Change Management group at Univar Solutions. (Univar Solutions is the largest global distributor of chemicals and ingredients and with a centralized network, Univar Solutions helps companies enhance their businesses through supply chain improvements that are meaningful and focused on performance.)

  Sean Freeburger is a global technology strategist who recently joined Huron Consulting Group as their Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Huron, Freeburger was a managing director at Accenture responsible for leading transformation across their global sales organization as well as their enterprise analytics function. He also led their software engineering talent segment, inspiring and mentoring professionals to build the company’s next generation of software engineers. He started his career as a technology consultant responsible for delivering value for several clients investing in their own digital transformations.
Kim Höglund, Chief Knowledge Officer, Witt/Kieffer  

As Witt/Kieffer’s Chief Knowledge Officer, Kim leads the firm's Research and Information Technology functions.  Her approach to enhancing and optimizing operations blends technology enablement, process improvement, business partner engagement and organizational change management.  Kim has 20 years of experience working within professional services firms.  Kim earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University and her  M.B.A. from  Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
 

Terri Kozerowitz, Sr. Manager HR Systems and Process Integration, U.S. Cellular

Terri has almost 20 years in the Human Resources Systems space focusing on the strategic use of HR systems and cross-functionally to drive business strategies while providing technology solutions, leadership and vision to meet future business needs within the HR organization. She has lead both domestic and global teams in the implementation and upgrades for a myriad HR Systems including automated and manual processes that manage data.

Leigh Borgeson
 Associate, HR Business Partner at Huron

Leigh supports the Healthcare Consulting practice at Huron in a generalist capacity. Leigh is passionate about developing HR analytic strategies to more effectively communicate with stakeholders, which includes refining and improving processes by leveraging technology. Leigh started her career in talent acquisition; recruiting senior-level accounting and finance professionals at a local consulting firm. She is currently in the process of getting her SHRM-SCP certification and is a member of HRMAC’s Technology in the Workplace committee. Leigh holds a degree in Leadership & Management and Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.

 

This program is pending approval for 1.5 credit hours towards PHR/SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 1.5 professional development credits (PDC's) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification.
