His passion space is in developing leaders and seeing the impact that has on the employee experience and business success. He has designed and implemented strategic talent programs both specific to business units and across the company. Many of these initiatives have become foundational programs for broader organizational change.

Bio: Gretchen’s contributions to innovation began with helping develop Herman Miller, Inc.’s Aeron® chair. After rising to positions on the company’s innovation leadership team, Gretchen recently chose to leave to broaden her career playing field. Celebrated for the signature intangibles of her personal brand and $800 million in revenue that her commercialized projects bring to the business annually, Gretchen is refocusing on advancing the arts of daily living. Her goal: helping people and our planet.

Bio: As Senior Director of Global Talent Management, Terri Trewartha Kinney is responsible for creating globally aligned talent strategies, programs, and initiatives that enable Sotera Health to deliver on its core strategic priorities. Ms. Trewartha Kinney has over 25 years’ experience

delivering organizational effectiveness solutions. She received a dual undergraduate degree in social work/psychology from Michigan State University and a graduate degree in global human resource development from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Title: Vice President, Manager Digital Workplace Product Management

Bio: Susan Cummings has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry focusing on product management, process improvement and problem solving, employee collaboration and engagement, ecommerce, online banking services and payments. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She was born and raised in Spain and is fluent in Spanish (DELE Superior, Instituto Cervantes). She currently resides in Chicago, IL with her Great Dane and Mini-Schnauzer.


Name: Joy Vimalarajah

Organization: Niacet Corporation

Title: Director Sales & Marketing Americas & Asia

Bio:  Joy Vimalarajah has been with the Niacet Corporation since 2017.  Starting out in the pharmaceutical industry, he has over 18 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing. While most of his time has been in Sales, he has also worked in Marketing and Operations, most enjoying the commercial side of industries. Holding an MBA from the University of Wales, UK, and a BSc from Alberta, Canada.  Today at Niacet Joy is responsible for ensuring the right talent is in place in Asia, South and North America. Having lived in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Myanmar, Joy now resides in Chicago.
