Seeing 20/20 for Talent Acquisition Compliance in 2020

It’s no secret the search for talent has become more difficult in today’s market. In addition to the market being candidate-driven, the unemployment rate being 3.7%, and the demand for talent at an all-time high, we also have to make adjustments for ever evolving compliance changes. How will your organization modify its policies and procedures for new regulations such as the Legalization of Marijuana, the Salary History Ban, and the Ban the Box Law?

Join HRMAC’s Talent Acquisition Committee for our interactive discussion with a panel of 4 Human Resources Leaders with national and global experience and a labor and employment attorney who can all provide insights in navigating the legal implications specific to talent acquisition. Hear how these professionals prepared their organizations and what issues surfaced they weren’t prepared for. Address any issues which may be unique to your organization.

We expect this presentation will “sell out” quickly, so don’t delay your registration!
