A well-crafted and rigorously executed Organizational Learning Strategy can ensure that your learning and development organization supports the business in achieving the strategic goals set forth by senior leaders. Without a clear strategy, learning and development organizations tend to lose focus and effectiveness. Whether you are a large corporation or a small company, it is essential to have an Organizational Learning Strategy to ensure that learning is aligned with your organization’s talent strategy and other key business strategies.

During this interactive session, Michelle Reid-Powell will share a behind-the-scenes look at the top ten key elements of a learning strategy, and reference real-world cases of how organizations used their learning strategies to drive change, improve results and scale operations.
