·   Recommended parking (including applicable validation): There is a parking across the street at 811 N. Larrabee Street. We do not validate parking. 

Directions from building entry to event space (including applicable security protocol): Entrance to the 600 W. Chicago building is on Larrabee Street. Once in the building, proceed to the check-in desk in the building's lobby. Provide a photo ID to the security agent. They will provide a visitor's pass. Once through security, proceed left to the elevator bank. Press the button at the elevator bank for floor 4, then proceed to the elevator assigned. Once on the fourth floor, proceed through the double doors opposite the “cat in the spaceship”. Once through those double doors, proceed to the cafeteria area straight ahead of you. Once in the cafeteria, the HRMAC event will be through the double doors at the far left end of the cafeteria area, in Hello Food South.

Bio: Michelle is President and CEO of The CARA Group. Previously, Michelle held leadership roles at McDonald’s, Potbelly and Arthur Andersen. Michelle has an MS in Education (NIU), a BA (UIC) and is pursuing an MA (Northwestern). She has been recognized by Brandon Hall, Elliott Masie, and Workforce Chicago.  Michelle received McDonald’s President’s award and has certificates in project management, change management, and Myers-Briggs. She is a writer, plays in a rock band, and tap dances.
