Title: EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Bio: Tim Richmond is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for AbbVie, responsible for leading the global human resources function focused on engaging high-performing employees and amplifying a culture that drives business performance. As a result of this focus, AbbVie has been named to more than 40 Great Place to Work® and Top Employer® lists and is prominently recognized on “Best of” lists related to diversity, leadership and engagement, as well as for corporate responsibility and business performance.

Prior to AbbVie’s separation from Abbott, Mr. Richmond served as Divisional Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Previously, he held various human resources management positions at Abbott Laboratories and 3M Company. 


Name: Elizabeth Colyer

Bio: Elizabeth Colyer is a senior vice president at Sharecare, the leading digital health company that helps people – no matter where they are in their health journey – dynamically and easily manage all of their health in one place. In this role, she is responsible for managing the evolution and execution of Sharecare’s next-generation instrument for measuring well-being, which is poised to become the most comprehensive and dynamic measure of well-being across the United States.

With Sharecare since 2014, Colyer has held various roles in the organization that have enabled the company’s data-driven approach to creating better outcomes. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of business intelligence, overseeing reporting and analytics, competitive intelligence, outcomes strategy and execution, predictive modeling, academic collaborations, performance intelligence, ­­­research and data sciences, and search engine optimization (SEO).


Name: Andrew K. Silvernail
Organization: IDEX
Title: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bio: Andy is chairman of the board, and chief executive officer of IDEX Corporation. He was appointed CEO in August 2011 and chairman in January 2012. During his tenure as CEO, total shareholder return has grown by more than 300 percent, and, as importantly, employee engagement has increased significantly, placing the company near the top of the manufacturing sector. Andy joined IDEX in January 2009 as vice president and group executive for the company’s growing Health & Science Technologies businesses.

Before joining IDEX, he held executive positions of increasing responsibility at Rexnord Industries, Newell Rubbermaid, and Danaher Corporation. Andy began his career as an equity research associate for Fidelity Investments.

Title: Partner, Employee Health & Benefits

Bio: Maura is a Partner with Mercer Health & Benefits business and the national leader for Mercer’s Large & Jumbo Employer Team.  She has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting field, both at Mercer and at two insurance carriers.  She has extensive experience helping large employers implement actions to address the increasingly complex health and benefits environment.  

As the leader of Mercer’s Large & Jumbo Employer Team, Maura works with a team of consultants across the country – sharing client experiences and best practices, identifying emerging trends and developing intellectual capital to address client issues. She also represents the large employer segment as part of the U.S. Health & Benefits national leadership team. 




Name:Jeff Yehle
Title:Regional Vice President and Midwest Market Leader

Bio:Jeff is the Regional Vice President and Midwest Market Leader for Sharecare, based out of Chicago. He works with the leadership teams of larger Midwest employers, health consultants and health systems in their quest to increase the health and well-being of employees and their families. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Consulting arena, and prior to Sharecare was with both Willis Towers Watson, and Aon. Jeff was also CHRO for, shortly after its inception.

Jeff graduated from Arizona State University and attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of HRMAC and the Economic Club of Chicago; and also sits on the Board of Directors for Children’s Brittle Bone Foundation as well as the Allendale Association.




This program is pending approval for 1.5 credit hour towards PHR/SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 1.5 professional development credit (PDC's) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification.
