Rusty Bland, SVP People Engagement, KEHE

In his own words: I've spent my career as a participant, architect, and cheerleader of those types of teams with a focus on transformation. I love investing in people in ways that allow them to rise higher and accomplish more than they ever thought they could. I love making a difference – at work, at home, at church, in our world, in whatever I’m doing. At KeHE, I get the chance to make a difference every day. Our core purpose as a company states: We Serve to Make Lives Better. For us, this statement is more than a collection of words, or a PowerPoint presentation. These words represent the collective passions of our employees to serve others.
