John Philbin, Spectacular at Work, helps companies compete + win by helping them create cultures where their people thrive. He’s spent his career advising CEOs and developing future leaders around the world. He works with companies invested in getting better at the people stuff and is regularly invited to speak on culture and People Literacy. John completed his Ph.D. in Psychology at Loyola University and is an adjunct faculty member at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Frank DiLeonardi has been a leader in the human resources consulting industry for more than 30 years. He spent nearly his entire professional career with Willis Towers Watson. Frank held many senior level positions over his tenure, including key roles in marketplace, account management, and employee communications leadership. Today, Frank is a coach for both executives and young professionals through his firm, Frank Advice LLC.
Over his career, Frank was an active member of HRMAC. He served on several committees and he was named HRMAC volunteer of the year in 2011.
Frank holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication and a master's degree in organizational communication from Illinois State University. He serves on ISU's Alumni Advisory Board for the School of Communication.
Lauren N. Sturdivant, Senior Manager – North America Finance & Brand Marketing Excellence HR & Change Management, Beam Suntory
Lauren is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, design, strategic implementation and large program management. Lauren began her career with Epic, driving electronic medical records transformations in some of America’s leading healthcare institutions e.g., the Cleveland Clinic and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
Lauren has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Slalom, LLC, advising clients like Allstate, HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and Baxter.
In her current role at Beam Suntory, Lauren’s work crosses multiple disciplines including change management, human resources business partnership and organizational development/transformation.
Lauren graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Legal Studies and Sociology, with a minor in Criminal Justice Studies.
