HR plays a major role in developing and leading the strategy of the company. The relationship between the CHRO and CEO are critical to the success of the organization; whether it is setting the strategy for growth or being a trusted advisor.  In this session, we will share stories where the relationship between HR and the Executive team was extremely valuable, and where the "lack of relationship" hurt the business.  Our panel will include executives as well as the HR professionals supporting them.

This program is pending approval for 1.5 credit hours towards PHR/SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 1.5 professional development credits (PDC's) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification.
