Multipliers: How the best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, by Liz Wiseman

How can you be a multiplier for your organization? Join fellow HR professionals to discuss this thought-provoking, accessible, and essential exploration of why some leaders (“Diminishers”) drain capability and intelligence from their teams, while others (“Multipliers”) amplify it to produce better results.

*March 20 Networking Event will take place at Little Toasted (300 S. Riverside Plaza in Chicago). April 24 Book Club Discussion will take place at McDonald's Hamburger University (1045 W. Randolph Street, Room: HU49 in Chicago)*

Attendees will also have the opportunity tour McDonald's new global headquarters in the West Loop. Don't miss your chance to check out Hamburger University, the training facility for McDonald's managers, and some areas of the 490,000-square-foot, nine-story building, which takes up the entire city block and features mostly open workspaces with colorful seating, a dramatic three-story interior staircase and lots of outdoor terraces.
