Join the HRMAC Talent & Organization Effectiveness Interest Group for a panel discussion on the latest trends in performance management, including the removal of performance ratings. The panel speakers will provide insight on this topic, including rationale on decisions made related to performance ratings. Following the panel, participants will engage in table topic discussions around the key success factors, organizational and change readiness and best practices. We hope you can join the discussion!


Maeve Lucas, Managing Director – Performance Culture, Accenture
Maeve is a managing director at Accenture responsible for Performance Achievement—the company’s revolutionary approach to help its 477,000 people achieve their best performance.  She leads a global team that is also responsible for several of Accenture’s most critical cultural building blocks and talent brand experiences—including onboarding, engagement and recognition. As part of Accenture’s HR Management Committee, Maeve shares a passion to create the most truly human work environment in the digital age.

Danielle Dietrich, Director Global Talent Management at Baxter

Lesley Muscarnero, Director Talent Management & Leadership Development at Exelon Corporation

Lesley oversees talent management processes for the enterprise including performance development, talent review and succession planning as well as the enterprise wide leadership and development strategies and programs.  Most recently Lesley led the team that implemented Talent Accelerated, a strategic transformation of Exelon’s talent processes, programs and technology solutions.   

Lesley has a broad background in HR.  She held several HR operational and leadership positions in various industries including manufacturing, hotel services and healthcare.

Lesley’s passion is helping to drive change and innovation at Exelon.  She is focused on enhancing the overall employee experience with processes and solutions that are smart, fast and simple.  Lesley enjoys working with teams and leading the way for improvement and efficiency.

Lesley obtained her bachelors degree in psychology from Arcadia University and is an alumni fellow member of Leadership Philadelphia where she lives with her husband and two children.  She is very active in her community and serves as the Board President of their local school.
