TO RATE OR NOT TO RATE: TRENDS IN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Join the HRMAC Talent & Organization Effectiveness Interest Group for a panel discussion on the latest trends in performance management, including the removal of performance ratings. The panel speakers will provide insight on this topic, including rationale on decisions made related to performance ratings. Following the panel, participants will engage in table topic discussions around the key success factors, organizational and change readiness and best practices.
